Brickfire is a free browser game with no accounts, no ads, no analytics and no trackers.

What the game stores

• On the server: for daily and weekly records — your nickname, a random player ID made by your browser, the score, tier and duration of your best life in the period. Records older than their period stop being shown; the database keeps 7 daily backups.
• In your browser (localStorage): the nickname, colour, the random player ID, your personal best, sound and auto-fire settings, and whether you unlocked the gold trim. This is needed for the game to work as you left it; nothing is sent anywhere else. Clear the site data to remove it.
• Web server logs: the hosting's web server (nginx) logs requests, including IP addresses, and keeps those logs for up to 182 days for security and troubleshooting. The game server itself does not log IP addresses; it only counts connections per address in memory to limit abuse.

Legal basis and contact

Records and logs are processed on the basis of legitimate interest (running the game and keeping it safe). To have your records removed, write to serg123e@gmail.com with your nickname; we delete them by hand.

Что хранит игра

• На сервере: для рекордов дня и недели — ник, случайный ID игрока, созданный браузером, очки, уровень и длительность лучшей жизни за период. Хранится 7 ежедневных резервных копий базы.
• В браузере (localStorage): ник, цвет, случайный ID, личный рекорд, настройки звука и автоогня, открыта ли золотая окантовка. Это нужно, чтобы игра работала так, как вы её оставили; никуда больше не передаётся. Чтобы удалить — очистите данные сайта.
• Логи веб-сервера: веб-сервер хостинга (nginx) записывает запросы вместе с IP-адресами и хранит логи до 182 дней — для безопасности и разбора сбоев. Сам игровой сервер IP-адреса не пишет; он лишь считает подключения с одного адреса в памяти, чтобы ограничить злоупотребления.

Рекорды и логи обрабатываются на основании законного интереса (работа игры и её защита). Чтобы удалить свои рекорды, напишите на serg123e@gmail.com и укажите ник — удалим вручную.
